The following tools and resources are what I consider to be the 'fundamentals' needed to get started online, and scale your business to any height.

One thing I like about get response is they have a landing page service built in. This is really cool because now you have the option to capture your leads and store them with one service. Another thing I like about them is they use smart email marketing. Here's what I mean. You can setup your campaigns to do certain things based on specific actions your subscribers take. Very powerful. This is now the email service I use and I'm loving it!
BuilderAll | Digital Marketing Software
This is a great tool to create beautiful landing pages at a decent price. They have a ton of templates to choose from so you don't have to start from scratch. They allow several different autoresponders so integration is no problem. They also offer member portals where customers can create courses, and you can even create a website with them.

What do you need done? You can find it here! Upwork is a great place to find someone to get things done virtually. If you need designs, or a writer for all of your blog posts, you can check here.
NameCheap
Namecheap is our favorite cheap domain registrar. There’s no good reason to pay more. We recommend you don’t purchase your domain name through your web hosting company either, because if you decide to switch web hosts later, which is likely, it can be more complicated.
SiteGround
For minimalist to serious bloggers, we recommend SiteGround, which offers several low-priced plans for new and small blogs. You can purchase shared hosting for as low as $3.95 per month and the support is excellent.
